| What a spot
for a party!
KGD converted this hay field
along the Smith River into a Ranch style
‘neighborhood’ barbeque for 300.
The remote location required that the tented
affair be completely self-sufficient with rentals, ice
trucks, catering, staffing, a band, high-end portable
restroom facilities (complete with attendants and warm
towels), and delicate arrangements of fresh wild
flowers brought in from around the region.
Our goal was to orchestrate an event that
maintained the casual atmosphere of a barbeque while
presenting it with the level of service, quality, and
attention to detail that would meet our client’s
expectations of excellence.
From the hand carved tenderloin to exceptional
staffing to the fresh wildflower centerpieces
(specially packaged to keep in the August heat), we
pulled out all the stops for this event. |
