One of the things I love most about wedding
design is I get to work with some wonderful families. So how happy was I when I was asked to plan a wedding for one
my previous bride’s sister.
I loved working with this family the first time
and could not wait to work with them once again.
Held on the family’s property outside of
Ennis, a lovely and very personal location, this
wedding was all about the small personal touches. From
the centerpieces to the linens, the bride’s favorite
colors, purples and reds, were incorporated throughout
the design. Small,
delicate glass eggs, hand blown by the bride, were
presented in a small nest to each guest as a gift, and
the couple exchanged vows under a chuppah
lovingly built by the family.
Working with this family again truly reminded
me what it is that is so special about designing
weddings, the personal touches. wedding
